General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are no abnormalities suggested in the ultrasound. It states that it is early gestation meaning early pregnancy.

At this stage of pregnancy, many of the features of the baby are not clear as yet, this is the reason the yolk sac and fetal pole cannot be distinguished.

Your doctor would likely suggest a later ultrasound to look at development when this would have likely occurred.

I hope this helps
